Data processing is strictly limited to facilitating the use of the Application as an informational tool for tourism-related purposes.

The above rights may be exercised in accordance with Articles 22 through 27 of the Law.

To exercise ARCO rights, the data subject must send a request to info@withyouapp.mx , containing:

• Full name of the data subject.
• Associated email address.
• A clear description of the right to be exercised.
• A document proving identity.

The data controller will respond within a maximum period of 20 business days, in accordance with Article 32 of the Law.

The data subject may revoke consent for the processing of personal data at any time by following the same procedure established for exercising ARCO rights, in accordance with Article 8 of the Law.

The Application may use cookies or similar technologies to improve the user experience without personally identifying the user, in compliance with applicable provisions.

This Privacy Notice may be amended at any time to comply with legislative updates or operational changes. Any amendments will be made available through the Application or official communication channels.
